1. What if I don't have access to a printer?

 

We'd greatly appreciate it if you can bring your own printed e-tickets with you. However, if you cannot print a ticket, we can take a register of names before the tour.

 

2. How do I get to Croydon?

 

Very easily. Croydon is one of the most accessible parts of London by public transport, with two mainline railway stations in the heart of town; one of which (East Croydon) has a 24 hour service. There are also a plethora of bus routes, and of course, the town's own tram network. Check the Tfl and National Rail websites for more information.

 

Croydon is also very accessible by car. There are numerous car parks in the town centre. Croydon is best accessed from the south by M23/A23.


If you're coming from central London, taking the train to East Croydon station is normally the best option, as it has many fast, frequent services from London Bridge and Victoria. It is also the meeting point for some of our tours.

 

3. Can I reserve a place in advance?

You can book yourself onto a tour by buying a ticket with a credit/debit card on this site - just click book online, and follow the instructions. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

 

4. What happens if I am late for a tour?

 

Unfortunately, we cannot wait for latecomers. We strongly advise arriving at the meeting point 10 minutes before the tour begins.
